Cancellation/No Show Policy
We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel with less than a 24 hour notice, than your credit card on file will be charged for 50% of the cost of the scheduled service(s). If you do not notify us within 15 minutes after the start of your scheduled appointment time that you are unable to make it then it will be considered a no show and you will be charged for 100% of the cost of the scheduled service(s).
Running Late?
At Walkin' On Sunshine we do our best to accommodate everyone. Of course, life happens, traffic, weather, accidents, etc. - we get it. If you are running late please call and let us know. We want to be able to provide the desired service in it's entirety. We will try our hardest to accommodate the service scheduled, however, if you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment is subject to change at our discretion. Please understand this is not a "punishment", it is only to prevent overlap of the rest of the appointments throughout the day.
All clients will be required to have a credit card on file in order to schedule an appointment. If you do not wish to have your credit card information stored you may pre-pay in full for your appointment over the phone or in person.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or cash.
These policies allows us the opportunity to better serve everyone. As a courtesy to you we send texts and emails to remind you of your upcoming appointments but it is ultimately your responsibility to show up on time.
